Potential deadlines

• April 4: Layout is complete.
• April 18: Send the final file. 
• April 19th: Press Proof to be completed by this date. 
• May 12: Distribute Yearbooks 

Events that impact yearbook 

We can ensure the layout of the yearbook is complete by April 4 and leave two spreads dedicated to these two events in the yearbook. They may be very last minute (but planned) adds to the yearbook before getting printed.

April 21: Dining with Scholars event

May 6: Spring Festival

Field Day

• We discussed including a “insert photo here” page with pre-printed frames so families can glue/tape in their own photos in the yearbook.
• We may also consider selling polaroids at field day for families to purchase and tape/glue into their yearbook.

イヤーブック作成に影響を与えるイベント

4月4日までにイヤーブックのレイアウトを完成させる予定なので、イヤーブックに以下の4月4日以降に行われる2つのイベント用にも計画的にレイアウトを設ける必要がある。印刷される直前になるかもしれないが、以下のイベントの写真も追加。

4月21日：奨学生との会食イベント

5月6日：春祭り

運動会

• イヤーブックに、ご自身が撮影した写真を糊付けしたりテープで貼ったりできるように、あらかじめ枠が印刷された「ここに写真を入れてください」というページを作る予定。
• また、運動会の日に、その日に撮影したポラロイド写真を販売してイヤーブックに貼れるようにすることも検討。
